Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do. We are based in Bokaburg at Unit 6, The Terminal Lifestyle centre, corner of Trichardt and Dr Vosloo road, Bartlett 1459. We also have stockists in most areas within South Africa. Please look at stockiest page in top right corner

How do I register with Lullaby Rock?
Create a profile – we will need your name, e-mail address, a password, delivery address and a contact number.

How do I order online?
Choose the products you want, paying special attention to colour and size. Click ‘add to cart’
and then checkout with your shopping basket in the top right hand corner. Follow the prompts to complete your order

What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards through Payfast as well as EFT payments. Proof of payment by EFT must be sent to Lullaby Rock at hello@lullabyrock.com

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days

How is my order shipped?
We use Fastway couriers and the order can be tracked online. On occasion we will make use of other couriers.

What are your products made from?
The majority of our products are made from 100% cotton

Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured and designed by us at our HQ in Boksburg, South Africa.

What age group do you cater for?
Our ages range from Newborn to 4-5 years, depending on the garment.

Do you import your clothes?

No. We are a proudly South African Brand. All of our clothes are designed by owner, Amy Portman and we have a great team who manufacture our clothes.

Do you do custom designs on your clothing?
