Should you wish to exchange a product please contact email@example.com to arrange the exchange. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise, within 30 days, in the same season. Should you want to exchange a garment for a different size, we will gladly assist. If you need to return an item because of a manufacturing fault on the receipt of the garment, we will fix, replace or fully credit the full amount of the product and cover the courier cost for returning the garment to Lullaby Rock in Johannesburg. Goods are exchanged at the current value. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns on personalised items.
