SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your record. This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP.

SHIPPING COSTS

For all clothing orders within South Africa, we have a flat rate shipping fee of R100. For all furniture orders the shipping fee is a flat rate of R500.  Delivery is free if you spend R1500 or more on an online order (Excluding Furniture). Please note collection is also available at our Lullaby Rock HQ.

DELIVERY TIMES

We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and quicker than the times indicated. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment clearing in our bank account (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays). The shipping dates for furniture may vary, we will contact you to arrange delivery. If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order. For all orders within South Africa, your parcel will be sent with our overnight courier service.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. We manufacture all of our own clothes, and sometimes large orders take more time to make, if your order takes longer than the 3-5 days specified, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavor to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays. 



FAILED DELIVERY

Please notify Lullaby Rock upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times, Lullaby Rock may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.
