Do you have a physical store?
No we don’t, we however have a Studio in Faerie Glen Pretoria. Please arrange an appointment via What’sApp: 067 812 1575 or email: info@lullabyrock.com and come visit us at our Rockin Studio.
How do I order online?
Choose the products you want, paying special attention to colour and size. Click ‘add to cart’
and then checkout with your shopping basket in the top right hand corner. Follow the prompts to complete your order
What are my payment options?
We accept credit/debit card payments or instant EFT payments through Payfast. If you would like to do an EFT payment or manual order please email info@lullabyrock.com
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Order Processing: We aim to fulfill and ship your order within 1-6 business days, depending on stock availability or the time needed to create the product. We always strive to send your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries are made on weekdays during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.
Once an order is processed you will receive an email to notify you that the order has been fulfilled. The Courier will then collect and deliver according to their lead times (approx. 1-4 working days). Delivery lead times to main cities typically take 24h to 72 hours, whereas orders to regional smaller towns typically take 48 hours to 96 hours. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Approved returns can be refunded in cash to the original payment method or exchanged, depending on your preference.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover the courier costs and arrange the return or replacement.
What if I want a different size or style?
You’re welcome to:
-Exchange in person at our Faerie Glen studio (by appointment), or
-Arrange your own courier, or
-Ask us to help arrange a courier via The Courier Guy (courier costs apply)
Who pays for courier fees?
-Faulty or incorrect items: we cover the courier fee
-Size or style exchanges: courier costs are the customer’s responsibility
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply email us within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number and return request. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale or promotional items are final sale, unless faulty.
How is my order shipped?
We use Fastway / The Courier Guy / Aramex couriers and the order can be tracked online. On occasion we will make use of other couriers.
What are your products made from?
The majority of our products are made from 100% cotton fabric
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured and designed by us at our HQ in Pretoria, South Africa.
What age group do you cater for?
Our ages range from Newborn to 5-6 years, depending on the garment.
Do you import your clothes?
No. We are a proudly South African Brand. All of our clothes are designed by us and we have a great team who manufacture our clothes.
Do you do custom designs on your clothing?
Yes we do. For enquiries please email what you would like on the garment, as well as sizing to info@lullabyrock.com
